The anaconda environment should be activated before the requirements are installed.
Otherwise they are installed globally and not available in the environment.

Bugfixes

Fixed a bug in Waypoint controller and optimized a parameter. Changed transfuser lidar repeat to waypoint repeat. Added some more debug code.
