rc_pilot is working in the full simulation!
Basic 4 plots and animation are working. Now onto rc_pilot testing!
Single vehicle sim is working with lqr controller now. Still no new changes to rc_pilot yet.
Clean up, still before doing rc_pilot changes

Added method to change PID gains. Anne needs to finish connecting the params into the Simulink PID blocks.
Minor changes. Added plots and disabling of linear motion to focus on attitude tuning.

Finished transferring all features to simulink. This branch is now ready to be merged back into master :)

added wind back in. fixed a bug in quadrotor drag (was negated).
starting to play with wind models
