Modifed RHD2000 interface to allow configuration of sync signal

- Also, changed Clock divider level: label to Clock divide ratio:
- Also, clock divide settings are now serialized to the configuration
  XML during a settings save.

- Sync signal, wired to BNC out with the update rhd2000.bit, can be set
  to a multiple of the sample clk period using the RHD2000Editor

SpikeDetector: set electrode ID on spike events

SpikeDetector now sets electrodeID on spike events.  SpikeDetectorEditor now correctly initializes the selected electrode.

Implemented record control via network events (new version using CoreServices namespace)

Fixed the value of bufferIndex, line 173 and following, as previous version caused buffer index to be negative, triggering an assert, and most likely access violations and crashes. The important point is that in C99 the '%' operator is a 'remainder' and not a 'modulo' operator, so counterintuitively enough, it will give a negative results for negative numerators...
