Bandwidth changes when acquisition is active change the labels but are not actually registered. Change so that trying to change them throws an error.

Due to the update to Juce 2 and the removal of IntanThread all of the specific windows dependencies are not needed anymore.

Change number of samples from int16 to uint16, as this should
never be negative. Change timestamp from uint64 to int64, as
negative timestamps may one day be necessary.
