Testing Infrastructure

  • This PR introduces a basic testing infrastructure to end to end test the 3D imaging algorithm.
  • Added two test cases, single event at 1 and 10 samples.
  • Makes small algorithm changes. There is now an option to specify random sampling. For tests, we don't want any random sampling.
