changed edge polarity of spi_slave, added spi reads, and added an enable bit for stepper motor drivers

Jank temp is working. Sadly through the C code but couldn't find a better way. It is just a bunch of flags

SB Integration. Rename folder to SoftConsole after extraction. or just grab the  main.c, locomotion.h, printing.h

Checked software components. Switching hotend and fan on/off works, reading from interface works. Fully integrated hotend control in libero project. Unsure of how the PID controller is working and/or if we can read from the thermistor
