initial work on using simulink. things look promising for the single quad case, still need to plot everything but initial data looks good.

Added bare bones Dryden simulink block and haptic force estimation in the simplest case where we know everything... it works!

Cleaning. Only have 1 Figures&Animations folder now, figures are saved as they are made with specific names. CoopPayloadSim is run slightly differently now, still can use saved run files but also can click 1 and done to run new ones.

Changes from last week (7/13 - 7/17), added PlotSimData function, changed structure of coop payload transport, edited GenerateSimData, added a new plot to the south region, added new plots to accompany animate screen, added a new trajectory, minor tweaks, & included data for 40 runs and select recordings

Minor change to Test_BackScript.m so that it does a param sweep and only saves the data, no plotting yet.

Added some new trajectories for the payload to follow.  Also added a path tracing function so that the user can more visually see what path the payload followed.

Tried to accelerate code, however, it appears things are funky now, need to look at my changes and evaluate.

Fixed initial bugs so it can run now. Next steps will be to develop unit tests to isolate where the problem is with my code.

more testing. I increased the moment of inertia, and things aren't exploding, but there are still very large oscillations that are growing to a bounded amount.
